Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 44 (Criteria, etc. for Suspension of Business of Surveying Technicians)

① 법 제42조제1항에 따른 측량기술자(지적기술자는 제외한다)의 업무정지의 기준은 다음 각 호의 구분과 같다. <개정 2014.1.17>
