공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제17조(지도등의 간행심사)

① 법 제15조제4항에 따라 지도등을 간행하기 위하여 심사를 받으려는 자는 별지 제9호서식의 지도등 간행심사 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 영 제104조제1항에 따른 측량성과 심사수탁기관에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 수탁기관은 심사를 받으려는 자가 법인이면 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인해야 한다. <개정 2011.4.11, 2022.4.6>

② 제1항에 따라 심사를 받고 지도등을 간행한 자는 그 지도등을 수정하여 간행한 경우에는 수정간행한 지도등의 사본을 측량성과 심사수탁기관에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 정밀도로지도를 수정하여 간행하는 경우에는 간행한 지도의 수정사항을 측량성과 심사수탁기관에 보고하는 것으로 갈음한다. <개정 2015.6.4, 2022.12.13>

③ 측량성과 심사수탁기관은 제2항에 따라 제출받은 지도등에 적정하지 아니한 사항이 있을 때에는 그 간행자에게 보완을 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2015.6.4>
