Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 108-2 (Education of Performance Inspection Agents and Their Employees)

① 법 제98조제2항에 따른 성능검사대행자 및 그 소속 직원에 대한 교육은 다음 각 호의 내용을 포함해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 교육의 종류와 이수시기는 다음 각 호의 구분과 같다.

2. 정기교육: 신규교육 또는 이전 정기교육을 받은 날부터 2년이 되는 날이 속하는 해의 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지

③ 제2항 각 호의 교육시간은 4시간 이상으로 한다.

④ 국토지리정보원장은 교육을 이수한 성능검사대행자 및 그 소속 직원에게 별지 제91호의2서식의 교육 이수증을 발급해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Geographic지어그^r래^f픽 Information인^f퍼메이션 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 completion컴플리션 of어^v브 education에저케이션 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 91-2 to투 performance퍼^f포먼스 inspection인스펙션 agents에이전츠 and앤드 their^ð데어 employees엠플로이이즈 who후 have해^v브 completed컴플리티드 the^ð디 education.에저케이션

⑤ 국토지리정보원장은 교육 이수증을 발급한 때에는 별지 제91호의3서식의 교육 이수증 발급대장을 작성하여 3년 동안 보관해야 한다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육방법, 교육수료 기준 등 교육에 필요한 세부적인 사항은 국토지리정보원장이 정하여 고시한다.
