골재채취법 제33조(원상복구 명령 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 골재채취 허가를 받아야 할 자가 허가를 받지 아니하고 골재를 채취한 경우에는 골재채취구역의 원상복구 또는 시설의 철거 등을 명하거나 이에 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항에 따른 명령을 받은 자가 그 명령을 이행하지 아니할 때에는 「행정대집행법」에 따라 대집행을 할 수 있다.
