골재채취법 제32조(골재의 선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고 등)

① 골재를 선별ㆍ세척 또는 파쇄하려는 자는 야적장 및 부대시설 설치 등에 필요한 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 부지를 갖추어 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 신고(이하 이 조에서 "골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고"라 한다)하여야 하고, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고를 받은 날부터 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 제22조제1항 본문에 따라 골재채취의 허가를 받은 자가 그 허가를 받아 채취한 골재를 선별ㆍ세척 또는 파쇄하고자 하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.3.23, 2015.1.6, 2015.12.29, 2017.12.19, 2019.11.26>

② 골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고를 한 자가 신고한 내용을 변경하려면 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 변경신고를 하여야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2019.11.26>

③ 골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고를 한 자에 대하여는 제22조제6항, 제29조 및 제30조를 준용하고, 골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고를 하지 아니하고 골재의 선별ㆍ세척 또는 파쇄를 한 자에 대하여는 제33조를 준용한다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2015.1.6, 2019.11.26>

④ 골재선별ㆍ세척 등의 신고를 한 자는 관할 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 매년 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 환경오염 감소대책 등 신고한 내용에 대한 이행 여부를 확인받아야 한다. <신설 2019.11.26>
