Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, Article 9 (Personnel Committee)

① 처장과 차장을 제외한 수사처검사의 임용, 전보, 그 밖에 인사에 관한 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 수사처에 인사위원회를 둔다.

② 인사위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 7명의 위원으로 구성하고, 인사위원회의 위원장은 처장이 된다.

③ 인사위원회 위원 구성은 다음 각 호와 같다.
