고위공직자범죄수사처 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제7조(차장)

① 차장은 10년 이상 제5조제1항 각 호의 직에 재직하였던 사람 중에서 처장의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다.

(1) The^ð더 Deputy데퓨티 Director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 held헬드 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 positions퍼지션즈 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 5 (1) for^f포 at앳 least리스트 10 years.이어즈

② 제5조제2항은 차장의 임명에 준용한다.

(2) Article아터클 5 (2) shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 appointment어포인트먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deputy데퓨티 Director.더^r렉터

③ 차장의 임기는 3년으로 하고 중임할 수 없으며, 정년은 63세로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deputy데퓨티 Director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Deputy데퓨티 Director더^r렉터 may메이 not낫 be비 reappointed;^r리어포인티드 the^ð더 retirement^r리타이어먼트 age에이지 shall섈 be비 63.
