고용정책 기본법 시행령 제17조(지역고용심의회의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회)

① 지역고용심의회의 심의 사항 중 하나 또는 둘 이상의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다)에 관련된 사항을 심의하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 지역고용심의회의 의결을 거쳐 지역고용심의회에 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회를 둘 수 있다.

② 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회의 위원장은 제1항의 심의가 필요한 그 지역의 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 된다. 다만, 둘 이상의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 관련된 사항을 심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회를 두는 경우에는 지역고용심의회의 위원장이 관련 지역의 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 중에서 단독 또는 공동 위원장을 지명한다.

③ 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회의 위원은 제13조제2항제1호 각 목의 사람 중에서 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회 위원장의 추천을 받아 시ㆍ도지사가 임명하거나 위촉한다.

④ 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회의 위원장은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회가 심의한 내용과 심의 결과를 지역고용심의회에 보고하여야 한다.
