고용보험법 시행규칙 제8조(전자적 방법에 따른 신고의 지원)

① 법 제15조제6항에 따라 고용노동부장관은 전자적 방법으로 피보험자격의 취득ㆍ상실에 관한 사항을 신고하려는 사업주ㆍ원수급인이나 하수급인에게 예산의 범위에서 다음 각 호의 장비를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2019.10.15>

② 제1항에 따른 지원을 받으려는 자는 별지 제15호서식의 건설고용보험카드 발급 신청서와 별지 제16호서식의 건설고용보험카드 판독기 설치 신청서를 근로복지공단에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.11.17, 2019.10.15>

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 근로복지공단은 예산의 범위에서 해당 사업장의 규모 등을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정되는 장비 등을 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 지원 대수와 지원방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2016.11.17>
