고용보험법 시행규칙 제137조(청구인의 지위승계 신고)

① 영 제124조에 따라 심사청구인의 지위승계 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제113호서식의 청구인 지위승계 신고서에 지위승계에 관한 증명자료를 첨부하여 심사관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고서를 받은 심사관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통해 주민등록표 초본 및 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인해야 하며, 신고인이 주민등록표 초본의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류를 첨부하도록 해야 한다.
