고용보험 및 산업재해보상보험의 보험료징수 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제33조의2(상속인 대표자 신고)

① 영 제40조의3제1항(영 제56조의5제6항제3호 및 제56조의6제8항제3호에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 상속인 대표자 신고는 별지 제38호의7서식의 상속인 대표자 신고서에 따른다. 이 경우 건강보험공단은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통해 상속인 대표자의 주민등록표 초본을 확인(신고인이 직접 신청서를 제출하면서 신분증명서를 제시하는 경우에는 그 신분증명서의 확인으로 해당 서류의 확인을 갈음할 수 있다)해야 하며, 신고인이 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류를 첨부하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8, 2020.12.10, 2021.7.1, 2022.12.30>
