② 노무제공플랫폼사업자는 법 제48조의4제1항에 따른 신고를 하는 경우 별지 제22호의20서식의 노무제공플랫폼사업 신고서와 별지 제22호의21서식의 노무제공플랫폼 이용 개시 신고서 또는 별지 제22호의22서식의 노무제공플랫폼 이용 종료 신고서를 공단에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 공단은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인해야 하며, 신고인이 제1호 및 제2호의 서류 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류를 첨부하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2024.7.1, 2025.7.1>
