고용보험ㆍ산업재해보상보험의 보험관계 성립신고 등의 촉진을 위한 특별조치법 제4조(특별신고기간)

노동부장관은 이 법의 적용 대상자 중 「고용보험 및 산업재해보상보험의 보험료징수 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "보험료징수법"이라 한다) 제11조에 따른 보험관계 성립신고를 하지 아니한 자와 「고용보험법」 제15조에 따른 피보험자격 취득신고를 하지 아니한 자가 2009년 7월 31일까지의 기한의 범위에서 신고 의무를 이행할 수 있도록 신고기간(이하 "특별신고기간"이라 한다)을 정하여 고시하여야 한다.
