고압가스 안전관리법 제8조(승계)

① 사업자등이 사망하거나 그 사업 또는 저장소를 양도한 때와 법인인 사업자등이 합병한 때에는 그 사업 또는 저장소의 상속인ㆍ양수인 또는 합병 후 존속하는 법인과 합병에 따라 설립된 법인은 그 사업자등의 지위를 승계(承繼)한다.

② 제1항에 따라 사업자등의 지위를 승계한 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 허가관청ㆍ신고관청 또는 등록관청에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항에 따른 승계자에 관하여는 제6조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "허가"를 "승계"로 본다.
