고압가스 안전관리법 제33조의2(가스기술기준위원회)

① 제22조의2제1항에 따른 상세기준의 제정ㆍ개정과 운영 등을 위하여 가스기술기준위원회를 둔다.

(1) A어 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 for^f포 the^ð디 enactment,에낵트먼트 amendment,어멘드먼트 and앤드 operation,아퍼^r레이션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 under언더 Article아터클 22-2 (1).

② 가스기술기준위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 가스기술기준위원회는 위원장과 부위원장 각 1인을 포함한 20인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chair체어 and앤드 one원 vice-chair.^v바이스-체어

④ 가스기술기준위원회의 위원장과 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선하고, 가스기술기준위원회의 위원은 기계ㆍ화공ㆍ금속ㆍ안전관리ㆍ토목ㆍ건축ㆍ전기ㆍ전자 또는 가스 기술기준에 관한 전문성과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 산업통상부장관이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위촉하며, 선임기준에 관한 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(4) The^ð더 chair체어 and앤드 vice-chair^v바이스-체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members,멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade,트^r레이드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 mechanical,머캐니클 chemical케머클 engineering,엔저니^r링 metals,메틀즈 safety세이^f프티 management,매너지먼트 civil시^v블 engineering,엔저니^r링 architecture,아커텍처 electrical,일렉트^r리클 electronics,일렉트^r라닉스 or오 gas개스 technical텍니클 standards,스탠더즈 and앤드 specific스퍼시^f픽 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 selection설렉션 criteria크^r라이티^r리아 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤ 가스기술기준위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

⑥ 가스기술기준위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

(6) Subcommittees서브커미티즈 may메이 be비 established이스태블리시트 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gas개스 Technical텍니클 Standards스탠더즈 Committee.커미티

⑦ 가스기술기준위원회의 업무를 지원하기 위하여 공사에 사무국을 두며, 사무국의 조직과 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

⑧ 가스기술기준위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 세부사항은 가스기술기준위원회규정으로 정한다.
