고압가스 안전관리법 제23조(안전교육)

① 사업자등, 특정고압가스 사용신고자, 수탁관리자 및 제35조에 따른 검사기관의 안전관리에 관계되는 업무를 하는 자는 시ㆍ도지사나 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 실시하는 교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2014.1.21>

② 사업자등, 특정고압가스 사용신고자, 수탁관리자 및 제35조에 따른 검사기관은 그가 고용하고 있는 자 중 제1항에 따른 안전교육대상자에게 안전교육을 받게 하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 안전교육대상자의 범위ㆍ교육기간 및 교육과정과 그 밖에 교육에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
