고압가스 안전관리법 제11조(안전관리규정)

① 사업자등은 그 사업의 개시(開始)나 저장소의 사용 전에 고압가스의 제조ㆍ저장ㆍ판매의 시설 또는 용기등의 제조시설의 안전유지에 관하여 산업통상부령으로 정하는 사항을 포함한 안전관리규정을 정하고 이를 허가관청ㆍ신고관청 또는 등록관청에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 제28조에 따른 한국가스안전공사의 의견서를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 대통령령으로 정하는 사업자등은 경영방침, 조직관리, 자료ㆍ정보관리, 시설관리, 종업원 안전교육 등 전체 경영활동에서 안전을 우선으로 하고 이를 통하여 종합적으로 안전이 확보될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 필요한 사항을 제1항에 따른 안전관리규정에 포함시켜야 한다.

③ 제5조에 따른 등록을 한 자는 용기등의 제조공정ㆍ자체검사방법 등을 제1항에 따른 안전관리규정에 포함시켜야 한다.

④ 허가관청ㆍ신고관청 또는 등록관청은 안전 확보를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 제1항에 따른 안전관리규정의 변경을 명할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 안전관리규정을 제출한 자와 그 종사자는 안전관리규정을 지키고, 그 실시기록을 작성ㆍ보존하여야 한다.

⑥ 허가관청ㆍ신고관청 또는 등록관청은 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업자등 및 그 종사자가 제1항에 따른 안전관리규정을 지키고 있는지를 확인하고 이를 평가하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
