고압가스 안전관리법 시행령 제23조의6(부담금 징수사무 등의 위탁)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제34조의3에 따라 부담금과 가산금의 징수에 관한 사무를「석유 및 석유대체연료 사업법」 제25조의2에 따른 한국석유관리원(이하 "한국석유관리원"이라 한다)에 위탁한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2026.3.17>

② 한국석유관리원은 제1항에 따라 위탁받은 부담금과 가산금의 징수업무를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 필요하면 산업통상부장관의 승인을 받아 부담금과 가산금 징수에 관한 세부사항을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2026.3.17>
