Enforcement Decree of the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act, Article 2-3 (Requests for Submission of Materials or Cooperation)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제3조의2제4항에 따라 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이나 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다) 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관의 장에게 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 자료의 제출이나 협력을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 기본계획을 수립 또는 변경한 경우에는 법 제3조의2제5항에 따라 그 수립 또는 변경일부터 1개월 이내에 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관(가스안전에 관한 업무를 수행하는 공공기관에 한정한다)의 장에게 해당 사항을 통보하고, 산업통상부 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
