고도 보존 및 육성에 관한 특별법 제19조(토지ㆍ건물 등에 관한 매수 청구)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 고도의 역사문화환경 보존ㆍ육성을 이유로 제11조제1항부터 제4항까지에 따른 허가를 받지 못하여 본래의 용도로 이용할 수 없게 되면 사업시행자에게 토지ㆍ건물 등의 매수를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.21, 2016.5.29>

② 사업시행자는 제1항에 따른 매수 청구를 받은 토지ㆍ건물 등이 매수대상 기준에 해당하는 때에는 매수하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.21>

③ 제1항에 따른 매수 청구를 받은 토지ㆍ건물 등의 보상액ㆍ보상시기ㆍ보상방법 및 보상기준 등에 관하여는 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」을 준용한다.

④ 제1항과 제2항에 따라 토지ㆍ건물 등을 매수하는 경우의 매수대상 기준, 매수 기한, 매수 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.7.21>
