고도 보존 및 육성에 관한 특별법 제15조(사업시행자)

보존육성사업 및 주민지원사업은 고도를 관할하는 지방자치단체의 장 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 국가유산청장과의 협의와 중앙심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 사업시행자로 지정하는 자(이하 "사업시행자"라 한다)가 시행한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.21, 2015.3.27, 2016.5.29, 2023.3.21, 2024.2.13>
