Enforcement Decree of the Act on Measurements, Article 49 (Delegation of Authority)
① 산업통상부장관은 법 제68조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 국가기술표준원장에게 위임한다. <개정 2019.5.28, 2025.10.1>
(1) Pursuant to Article 68 (1) of the Act, the Minister of Industry and Trade delegates the following authority to the Administrator of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards:
1. 법 제6조제4항에 따른 비법정단위 사용에 대한 단속 및 법정단위 표시의 명령
1. Enforcement against the use of non-statutory units and orders to display statutory units under Article 6 (4) of the Act
1의2. 법 제6조제5항에 따른 결과보고의 접수
1-2. Receipt of result reports under Article 6 (5) of the Act
2. 법 제16조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 형식승인기관의 지정 및 지정신청의 접수
2. Designation of type approval institutions and receipt of applications for designation under Article 16 (1) and (2) of the Act
3. 법 제18조제1항에 따른 형식승인기관의 지정 취소 및 업무정지 명령

② 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제68조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 위임한다. <개정 2019.5.28>
(2) Pursuant to Article 68 (2) of the Act, the Mayor/Do Governor delegates the following authority to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu (meaning the head of an autonomous Gu):
