경찰관 직무집행법 시행령 제21조(범인검거 등 공로자 보상금의 지급 절차 등)

① 경찰청장등은 보상금 지급사유가 발생한 경우에는 직권으로 또는 보상금을 지급받으려는 사람의 신청에 따라 소속 보상금심사위원회의 심사ㆍ의결을 거쳐 보상금을 지급한다. <개정 2020.12.31, 2024.9.19>

② 보상금심사위원회는 제20조에 따라 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정하여 고시한 보상금 지급 기준에 따라 보상 금액을 심사ㆍ의결한다. 이 경우 보상금심사위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 보상금액을 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.9.19>
