경찰관 직무집행법 시행령 제2조(임시영치)

경찰관(경찰공무원만 해당한다. 이하 같다)이 「경찰관 직무집행법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제3항에 따라 무기ㆍ흉기 등을 임시영치한 때에는 소속 경찰서ㆍ지구대ㆍ파출소 또는 출장소(지방해양경찰관서를 포함하며, 이하 "경찰관서"라 한다)의 장은 그 물건을 소지하였던 사람에게 별지 제1호서식의 임시영치증명서를 교부해야 한다.
