경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 제9조의4(공공시설 및 토지 등의 귀속)

개발사업시행자가 개발사업의 시행으로 새로 공공시설(주차장과 운동장을 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)을 설치하거나 기존의 공공시설에 대체되는 시설을 설치한 경우 그 시설의 귀속에 관하여는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제65조 및 제99조를 준용한다. 이 경우 행정청으로 보는 개발사업시행자는 제8조의3제1항제1호부터 제4호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한정한다. <개정 2011.4.4>
