경제안보를 위한 공급망 안정화 지원 기본법 시행령 제24조(위기대책본부)

① 대책본부는 해당 중앙행정기관 소속 공무원, 법 제32조제4항에 따라 관계 중앙행정기관으로부터 파견받은 공무원 및 민간 전문가 등으로 구성한다.

② 법 제32조제2항에 따른 대책본부장 및 같은 조 제3항에 따른 대책본부장은 해당 대책본부의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 경우에는 실무대책반을 편성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 법 제32조제2항에 따른 대책본부장 및 같은 조 제3항에 따른 대책본부장은 법 제30조제1항에 따른 긴급수급조정조치(이하 "긴급수급조정조치"라 한다) 등 위기 수습을 위한 조치를 완료한 경우에는 그 결과를 위원회에 보고해야 한다.
