경영지도사 및 기술지도사에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(정보공개)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Management Consultants and Technical Consultants, Article 9 (Disclosure of Information)
① 법 제13조제1항에 따른 정보공개의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(1) The scope of information disclosure under Article 13 (1) of the Act is as follows:
1. 성명
1. Name;
2. 사무소 주소 및 전화번호
2. Office address and telephone number;
3. 자격 취득 분야 및 자격 취득일
3. Field in which qualification was obtained and date of obtaining qualification;
4. 지도사 등록일
4. Date of registration as a consultant;
5. 개업ㆍ휴업 상태 및 개업일ㆍ휴업일
5. Status of opening or suspension of business and date of opening or suspension;
6. 전문분야ㆍ경력 등과 이를 증명할 수 있는 정보
6. Field of specialization, career, etc. and information capable of proving them;
7. 그 밖에 지도사 선임과 관련된 정보로서 지도사가 공개에 동의한 정보
7. Other information related to the appointment of a consultant to which the consultant has consented to disclosure.
② 법 제13조제1항에 따른 정보공개는 같은 조 제2항 전단에 따라 중소벤처기업부장관이 지정한 법인의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하는 방법으로 한다.
(2) Disclosure of information under Article 13 (1) of the Act shall be made by posting on the website of a corporation designated by the Minister of SMEs and Startups pursuant to the first part of Article 13 (2) of the Act.
