Enforcement Decree of the Act on Cycle Racing and Motorboat Racing, Article 2 (Application for Permission to Conduct Racing)

지방자치단체나 서울올림픽기념국민체육진흥공단(이하 "진흥공단"이라 한다)은 「경륜ㆍ경정법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제1항에 따라 경륜(競輪)이나 경정(競艇)(이하 "경주"라 한다)의 시행을 허가받으려면 경주시행허가 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
