결핵예방법 제6조(결핵통계사업)

① 질병관리청장은 결핵의 발생과 관리실태에 대한 자료를 지속적이고 체계적으로 수집ㆍ분석하여 통계를 산출하는 사업(이하 "결핵통계사업"이라 한다)을 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 통계자료의 수집 및 통계의 작성 등에 관하여는 「통계법」을 준용한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.8.11>

② 질병관리청장은 결핵환자등과 잠복결핵감염자를 진단ㆍ치료하는 의료인 또는 의료기관, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단과 건강보험심사평가원 및 그 밖에 결핵에 관한 사업을 하는 법인ㆍ기관ㆍ단체에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 결핵통계사업에 필요한 자료 제출이나 의견 진술 등을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료 제출을 요구받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.8.11>
