결핵예방법 제32조(벌칙)

1. 제10조의2제1항에 따른 명령을 이행하지 아니한 자

2. 제13조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 업무종사 정지 또는 금지 의무를 위반한 자

3. 제13조제4항을 위반하여 취업을 거부한 자
