결핵예방법 제19조(전염성결핵환자 접촉자의 관리)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 전염성결핵환자와 접촉하여 결핵에 감염되기 쉬운 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 결핵검진등을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2019.12.3>

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 검진 결과 결핵환자등이나 잠복결핵감염자를 발견하였을 때에는 질병관리청장이 정하는 바에 따라 결핵 치료 및 잠복결핵감염치료 등 결핵의 전파 방지 및 예방에 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2019.12.3, 2020.8.11>

③ 보건소장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 전염성결핵환자의 접촉자 조사 및 결핵예방 조치를 시행할 때에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 대상자를 기록하고 그 명부(전자문서를 포함한다)를 관리하여야 한다. <신설 2016.2.3>
