결핵예방법 제11조(결핵검진등)

Tuberculosis Prevention Act, Article 11 (Tuberculosis Screening, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관ㆍ학교의 장 등은 그 기관ㆍ학교 등의 종사자ㆍ교직원에게 결핵검진등을 실시하여야 한다. 다만, 다른 법령에 따라 건강진단을 받은 경우에는 이 법에 따른 결핵검진등을 받은 것으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.3>

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 결핵을 조기발견하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 결핵발생의 우려가 높은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 결핵검진등을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.28>
