결핵예방법 제10조(결핵 집단발생 시의 조치)

①시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 결핵이 집단적으로 발생한 것이 의심되는 경우에는 역학조사를 실시하고, 질병관리청장이 정하는 기준에 따라 결핵검진과 잠복결핵검진(이하 "결핵검진등"이라 한다)을 실시한 후 잠복결핵감염자에 대한 치료 등의 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2020.8.11>

② 질병관리청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 역학조사를 하기 위하여 역학조사반을 각각 설치하여야 한다. <신설 2016.2.3, 2020.8.11>

③ 누구든지 질병관리청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 실시하는 역학조사를 정당한 사유 없이 거부 또는 방해하거나 회피하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2016.2.3, 2020.8.11>
