Regulations on Mutual Cooperation between Prosecutors and Special Judicial Police Officers, Article 11 (Requests for Discipline, etc.)

① 각급 공소청의 장은 특별사법경찰관이 수사하고 있는 사건에 대하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 사람에게 법 제197조의2제7항에 따른 징계 또는 직무배제 요구와 제197조의3제7항에 따른 징계 요구를 할 수 있다.
