Regulations on Mutual Cooperation between Prosecutors and Special Judicial Police Officers, Article 10 (Objections by Complainants, etc.)

고소인ㆍ고발인ㆍ피해자 또는 그 법정대리인(피해자가 사망한 경우에는 그 배우자ㆍ직계친족 또는 형제자매를 포함하며, 이하 "고소인등"이라 한다)은 특별사법경찰관이 수사하고 있는 사건에 대하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 사람에게 법 제245조의11제1항에 따른 이의를 제기할 수 있다.
