건축사법 시행령 제34조의7(조사 및 검사)

① 법 제38조의8제2항에 따른 금융위원회의 조사 또는 검사는 국토교통부장관이 조사 또는 검사가 필요한 사유를 명시하여 금융위원회에 요청한 경우로 한정한다.

② 금융위원회는 법 제38조의8제2항에 따라 조사 또는 검사를 한 경우에는 그 결과를 지체 없이 국토교통부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 시정하여야 할 사항이 있으면 시정을 요구할 수 있다.
