건축사법 시행령 제30조의8(징계대상자 등의 출석ㆍ진술권 등)

① 징계대상자나 제30조의6제3항에 따른 관계인 또는 관계 기관의 임직원은 징계위원회에 출석하여 의견을 진술하거나 서면으로 의견을 제출할 수 있다.

② 징계대상자는 대리인을 선임하여 징계의결 요구 사항에 대한 보충 진술을 하게 하거나 증거자료를 제출하게 할 수 있다.

③ 위원장은 출석한 징계대상자나 선임된 징계대상자의 대리인에게 의견을 진술할 기회를 주어야 한다.
