건축사법 시행령 제29조의2(건축사사무소개설신고 등의 효력상실 등의 기준)

법 제28조제1항에 따른 건축사사무소개설신고(법 제23조제9항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 신고를 포함하며, 이하 "건축사사무소개설신고등"이라 한다)의 효력상실처분 및 업무정지명령의 기준과 같은 조 제2항에 따른 건축사보(실무수련자를 포함한다)의 업무정지명령의 기준은 별표 2와 같다. <개정 2020.6.9>
