건축물의 분양에 관한 법률 제6조의2(거주자 우선 분양)

① 분양사업자는 「주택법」 제63조제1항에 따라 지정된 투기과열지구 또는 같은 법 제63조의2제1항제1호에 따라 지정된 조정대상지역에서 건축물을 분양하려는 경우에는 분양분의 100분의 20의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분양 신고일 현재 그 건축물 건설지역의 거주자(주된 사무소의 소재지가 있는 법인을 포함한다. 이하 같다)로서 분양을 신청한 자 중에서 분양받을 자를 우선 선정하여야 한다. 이 경우 분양사업자는 분양 광고에 이를 밝혀야 한다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2017.10.24>

② 제1항은 제6조제1항에 따라 최초 공개모집이 이루어진 경우에만 적용한다.
