건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제55조(협회의 설립)

① 건설폐기물 처리업자는 순환골재의 품질을 확보하고 건설폐기물 처리업자의 건전한 육성 및 발전을 도모하기 위하여 협회를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 협회는 법인으로 한다.

③ 협회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

④ 정관의 기재사항과 협회의 감독에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
