건설기계관리법 제31조의2(설립 등)

① 건설기계의 안전에 관한 조사ㆍ연구ㆍ기술개발 및 건설기계에 대한 검사ㆍ안전관리 업무 등을 수행하기 위하여 한국건설기계안전원(이하 "건설기계안전원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Construction컨스트^r럭션 Machinery머쉬너^r리 Safety세이^f프티 Agency에이전시 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Safety세이^f프티 Agency")에이전시 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 to투 conduct칸덕트 surveys,서^v베이즈 research,^r리서치 and앤드 technology텍날러지 development디^v벨럽먼트 on안 the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 of어^v브 construction컨스트^r럭션 machinery머쉬너^r리 and앤드 to투 perform퍼^f폼 inspection인스펙션 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 work워크 for^f포 construction컨스트^r럭션 machinery.머쉬너^r리

② 건설기계안전원은 법인으로 하고, 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) The^ð더 Safety세이^f프티 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 upon어판 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

③ 건설기계안전원은 필요하면 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 지사 또는 분사무소, 교육원, 연구원 등 부설기관을 설치할 수 있다.
