건설기계관리법 제3조의3(건설기계수급조절위원회의 설치 등)

①건설기계의 수급조절에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국토교통부에 건설기계수급조절위원회(이하 "수급조절위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②수급조절위원회는 위원장 1인을 포함한 15인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Supply서플라이 and앤드 Demand디맨드 Adjustment어저스트먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③수급조절위원회의 위원장은 국토교통부차관이 되며, 위원은 건설기계산업 분야에 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명 또는 위촉하는 자로 하되, 수급조절의 대상이 되는 건설기계 관련 사업자단체 임원을 포함한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2018.12.31>

(3) The^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Supply서플라이 and앤드 Demand디맨드 Adjustment어저스트먼트 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 construction컨스트^r럭션 machinery머쉬너^r리 industry인더스트^r리 who후 are아 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport,트^r랜스포트 and앤드 shall섈 include인클루드 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 business비즈니스 associations어소우시에이션즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 construction컨스트^r럭션 machinery머쉬너^r리 subject서브젝트 to투 supply서플라이 and앤드 demand디맨드 adjustment.어저스트먼트

④그 밖에 수급조절위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
