건설기계관리법 제14조의2(평가위원회의 구성 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 검사대행자를 평가하기 위하여 평가위원회(이하 "평가위원회"라 한다)를 둘 수 있다.

② 평가위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원장은 국토교통부장관이 국토교통부 소속 공무원 중에서 임명하는 자가 되며, 위원은 건설기계 검사 분야에서 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자로서 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부장관이 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð디 Evaluation이^v밸류에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson;체어퍼슨 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport,트^r랜스포트 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 field^f필드 of어^v브 construction컨스트^r럭션 machinery머쉬너^r리 inspection인스펙션 who후 are아 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

③ 평가위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

④ 그 밖에 평가위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
