건강기능식품에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(허가취소 등의 처분시기)

식품의약품안전처장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 영업허가의 취소, 영업정지, 영업소의 폐쇄, 품목 또는 품목류의 제조정지 등의 처분을 하기 위하여 법 제36조에 따른 청문을 하거나 「행정절차법」 제27조에 따른 의견제출을 받은 때에는 특별한 사유가 없는 한 그 절차를 마친 날부터 14일 이내에 처분을 하여야 한다. <개정 2007.1.18, 2008.9.22, 2013.3.23, 2015.5.18, 2017.1.31>
