Enforcement Decree of the Act on Sustainable Management and Restoration of Tidal Flats and Surrounding Areas, Article 19 (Claims for Loss Compensation)

① 법 제34조제1항에 따라 손실보상을 청구하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 손실보상청구서에 손실에 관한 입증서류를 갖춰 해양수산부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다.
