개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 제12조의3(개성공업지구 투자기업에 대한 자금지원)

정부는 제12조의2제1항의 사유가 발생할 경우 개성공업지구 투자기업의 경영 안정 등을 위하여 「남북협력기금법」에 따른 남북협력기금을 지원하거나 「중소기업진흥에 관한 법률」에 따른 중소벤처기업창업 및 진흥기금을 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.31>
