개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 제11조의2(외국인투자기업에 대한 특례)

① 정부는 외국인투자기업(「외국인투자 촉진법」 제2조제6호의 외국인투자기업이나 출연을 한 비영리법인을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 개성공업지구 현지기업을 설립하는 경우 외국인투자기업에 대하여 「남북협력기금법」 제8조에 따른 남북협력기금을 지원할 수 있고, 외국인투자기업의 개성공업지구 현지기업에 대하여 제7조부터 제11조까지에 따른 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 개성공업지구 현지기업을 설립한 외국인투자기업에 대한 지원업무를 종합적으로 수행하기 위하여 제19조에 따른 개성공업지구지원재단에 개성공업지구 외국인투자지원센터(이하 이 조에서 "센터"라 한다)를 둔다.

(2) A어 Kaesong키송 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 District디스트^r릭트 Foreign^f포^r런 Investment인^v베스트먼트 Support서포트 Center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 in인 this^ð디스 Article아터클 as애즈 the^ð더 "Center")센터 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Kaesong키송 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 District디스트^r릭트 Support서포트 Foundation^f파운데이션 under언더 Article아터클 19 to투 comprehensively캄프^r리헨시^v블리 perform퍼^f폼 support서포트 affairs어^f페어즈 for^f포 foreign-invested^f포^r런-인^v베스티드 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 that^ð댓 have해^v브 established이스태블리시트 Kaesong키송 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 District디스트^r릭트 local로우클 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 센터의 조직ㆍ운영에 관하여는 「외국인투자 촉진법」 제15조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "대한무역투자진흥공사"는 "개성공업지구지원재단"으로, "외국인투자지원센터"는 "개성공업지구 외국인투자지원센터"로 본다.

(3) Article아터클 15 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foreign^f포^r런 Investment인^v베스트먼트 Promotion프^r러모우션 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Center.센터 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 "Korea코^r리아 Trade-Investment트^r레이드-인^v베스트먼트 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency"에이전시 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 the^ð더 "Kaesong키송 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 District디스트^r릭트 Support서포트 Foundation",^f파운데이션 and앤드 the^ð더 "Foreign^f포^r런 Investment인^v베스트먼트 Support서포트 Center"센터 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 the^ð더 "Kaesong키송 Industrial인더스트^r리얼 District디스트^r릭트 Foreign^f포^r런 Investment인^v베스트먼트 Support서포트 Center".센터

④ 제1항에 따른 외국인투자기업에 대한 지원은 「외국인투자 촉진법」에 따른 외국인투자기업에 대한 지원의 영향을 받지 아니한다.

(4) Support서포트 for^f포 foreign-invested^f포^r런-인^v베스티드 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 not낫 be비 affected어^f펙티드 by바이 support서포트 for^f포 foreign-invested^f포^r런-인^v베스티드 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 under언더 the^ð더 Foreign^f포^r런 Investment인^v베스트먼트 Promotion프^r러모우션 Act.액트

⑤ 그 밖에 외국인투자기업의 개성공업지구 투자를 촉진하기 위하여 외국인투자기업에 대한 지원에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
