감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 제33조(목적 및 설립)

① 감정평가사의 품위 유지와 직무의 개선ㆍ발전을 도모하고, 회원의 관리 및 지도에 관한 사무를 하도록 하기 위하여 한국감정평가사협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 Property프^r라퍼티 Appraisers어프^r레이저즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 maintain메인테인 the^ð더 dignity디그너티 of어^v브 certified서터^f파이드 appraisers,어프^r레이저즈 improve임프^r루^v브 and앤드 develop디^v벨럽 their^ð데어 duties,두티즈 and앤드 handle핸들 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 guidance가이든스 of어^v브 members.멤버즈

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 by바이 obtaining어브테이닝 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 and앤드 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 협회는 회칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제사업을 운영할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 may메이 operate아퍼^r레잇 a어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 program,프^r로우그^r램 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 협회의 조직 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(5) The^ð디 organization오거너제이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑥ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(6) The^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act.액트
