Act on Appraisal and Certified Appraisers, Article 16 (Sanctions on Persons Who Commit Misconduct)

① 국토교통부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 대해서는 해당 시험을 정지시키거나 무효로 한다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 suspend서스펜드 or오 invalidate인^v밸리데잇 the^ð디 examination이그재머네이션 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 부정한 방법으로 시험에 응시한 사람

1. A어 person퍼슨 who후 took툭 the^ð디 examination이그재머네이션 by바이 improper임프^r라퍼 means;민즈

2. 시험에서 부정한 행위를 한 사람

3. 제15조제1항에 따른 시험의 일부 면제를 위한 관련 서류를 거짓 또는 부정한 방법으로 제출한 사람
