가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제4조(등록사무처리)

제3조에 따른 등록사무는 가족관계의 발생 및 변동사항의 등록(이하 "등록"이라 한다)에 관한 신고 등을 접수하거나 수리한 신고지의 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장이 처리한다.
